Ingredients
2 tbsp | Chia seeds (soak before adding) |
1/2 cup | Water (water, for soaking chia) |
1 container | Yoso Unsweetened Almond and Cashew Yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt of choice) |
1 tsp | Honey, raw (or maple syrup) |
1 cup slices | Strawberries |
2 tbsp | Flaxseed meal (ground) |
1 cup | Granola (Granola of choice) |
Instructions
- Add chia seeds to water and stir to combine. Allow it to sit for about 20 minutes until a gelatinous mixture forms. Add more water if needed.
- Mix yogurt with chia seed mixture, honey, strawberries, and flax meal.
- Top with granola if serving immediately, or put granola in a separate container to grab with the fruit and yogurt mixture in the morning, to keep fresh and crisp.
