Dairy-Free Strawberry Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

2 tbspChia seeds (soak before adding)
1/2 cupWater (water, for soaking chia)
1 containerYoso Unsweetened Almond and Cashew Yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt of choice)
1 tspHoney, raw (or maple syrup)
1 cup slicesStrawberries
2 tbspFlaxseed meal (ground)
1 cupGranola (Granola of choice)

Instructions

  1. Add chia seeds to water and stir to combine. Allow it to sit for about 20 minutes until a gelatinous mixture forms. Add more water if needed.
  2. Mix yogurt with chia seed mixture, honey, strawberries, and flax meal.
  3. Top with granola if serving immediately, or put granola in a separate container to grab with the fruit and yogurt mixture in the morning, to keep fresh and crisp.
