Ingredients
1 cup | Apricot, dried (pitted) |
1/2 cup pitted | Dates |
1 cup | Cashew nuts, raw |
1/2 cup | Coconut, shredded |
1/2 tsp | Vanilla extract, pure |
1 pinch | Salt |
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor.
2. Process until the ingredients are broken down and look like a coarse crumb. If you pinch it between your fingers, it should stick together.
3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
